Job Description:

About Atomionics

Atomionics is building the world’s most advanced quantum sensors to unlock breakthroughs across navigation, climate, and critical infrastructure. Our technology enables precise sensing without reliance on GPS, opening new frontiers for autonomy, national security, and scientific discovery.

We operate at the intersection of quantum physics, hardware engineering, and AI — bringing together exceptional scientists and engineers across Singapore, San Francisco, Australia, and India. Our ambition is to build a generational deep tech company, anchored by a world-class team.

We are looking for a Head of Talent who is energized by the challenge of building a global, high-performance team from the ground up.

The Role

This is a foundational role responsible for building Atomionics’ talent engine during a critical phase of growth. You will drive end-to-end hiring across highly specialized technical domains, including quantum physics, hardware engineering, AI, and deep tech software.

You will work closely with leadership to map global talent landscapes, design sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract and close exceptional candidates who will define the future of Atomionics.
